VI. Submission & Presentation Guidelines

  • Eligibility: Researchers and students from both domestic and international institutions.
  • Official Language: English only
  • Registration Fee: Free of Charge
  • Submission Format:
  • Presentation & Equipment:
    • Oral Presentation: 15 minutes (12 mins talk + 3 mins Q&A).
    • Presentation rooms are equipped with Windows PCs. Please provide files on a USB drive in PPTX and PDF
    • Poster Presentation: A1 size (59.4 x 84.1 cm), Portrait
  • Publication: All accepted abstracts will be published in the ISSI-SA 2026 Digital Proceedings.

VII. Competition & Awards (Students Only)

  1. Oral Competition:
  •  Available for Themes I, II, and III (Theme IV is for presentation only).
  • Winners of the Best Oral Presentation Award in each thematic track will receive a Certificate of Merit and a NTD 3,000 cash prize.

2. Poster Competition:

  • Available for Themes I, II, and III (Theme IV is for display only).
  • Winners of the Best Poster Presentation Award in each thematic track will receive a Certificate of Merit and a NTD 1,000 cash prize.
  • PS: Awards may be withheld if no presentation meets the required standard.
