- Eligibility: Researchers and students from both domestic and international institutions.
- Official Language: English only
- Registration Fee: Free of Charge
- Submission Format:
- Abstract: 300-500 words with 3-6 keywords [PDF. | ODT.]
- Full Paper: Optional [PDF. | ODT.]
- Method: Submit via the [Online Registration Form]
- Presentation & Equipment:
- Oral Presentation: 15 minutes (12 mins talk + 3 mins Q&A).
- Presentation rooms are equipped with Windows PCs. Please provide files on a USB drive in PPTX and PDF
- Poster Presentation: A1 size (59.4 x 84.1 cm), Portrait
- Publication: All accepted abstracts will be published in the ISSI-SA 2026 Digital Proceedings.
VII. Competition & Awards (Students Only)
- Oral Competition:
- Available for Themes I, II, and III (Theme IV is for presentation only).
- Winners of the Best Oral Presentation Award in each thematic track will receive a Certificate of Merit and a NTD 3,000 cash prize.
- Available for Themes I, II, and III (Theme IV is for display only).
- Winners of the Best Poster Presentation Award in each thematic track will receive a Certificate of Merit and a NTD 1,000 cash prize.
- PS: Awards may be withheld if no presentation meets the required standard.
